Delete account
The quickest way is in the app: Settings → Privacy → Delete account.
No access to the app? Enter your account’s email address. We’ll send you a link to confirm the deletion.
If there is an account for this address, the link is on its way. It is valid for 30 minutes. Check your spam folder too.
What gets deleted
- Immediately and for good: profile, posts, comments, stories, messages, rides, routes, garage and all pictures.
- If you are the last admin of a crew, another member takes over; without other members the crew is dissolved.
- Server logs are deleted after their fixed period, see Privacy.
